Bee Pollen is the male seed of flowers, consisting of micro-gametophytes (pollen grains). The pollen grain with its hard coat protects the sperm cells during the process of their movement between the stamens of the flower to the pistil of the next flower. Each pollen grain contains vegetative cells (only one in most flowering plants but several in other seed plants), a generative cell containing a tube nucleus (that produces the pollen tube), and a generative nucleus (that divides to form the two sperm cells). The group of cells is surrounded by a cellulose cell wall and a thick, tough outer wall made of sporopollenin.

Linseed is in the family Linum usitatissimum. Linum is an erect annual herb with a glabrous stem and few branches, growing about 60cm in height and cultivated in most temperate and tropical regions. The stem bears alternate, sessile, simple entire lanceolate to oblong leaves. Each branch produces one or two violet-blue five-petalled flowers in a terminal cluster from June to August, and a globular capsule containing about ten seeds.

Wheatgrass tablets are dark green coloured pills made from wheatgass powder. Of course, the tablets inherit all nutrional benefits of wheatgrass.
